From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I had walked into a well-designed 1RK studio, not a budget hotel. The room size was generous, not something you expect at this price point. A comfy sofa, a dedicated work table, and the cherry on top — a huge balcony that lets in all that beautiful daylight (a blessing for someone like me who loves natural light and a morning chai session outdoors).
The bathroom was spacious and clean, which again, is often overlooked in budget hotels. But here, it felt like someone had paid attention to the practical needs of a traveler — space, comfort, and functionality.
The Location is a Winner
This place isn’t just about the interiors. The location is spot on for anyone who loves being connected to the city’s buzz but still wants peace when back at the hotel. I could literally walk to Blue Tokai for my caffeine fix (which we all know is a big deal for a coffee lover like me!).
Ambience Mall was just 9 minutes away by cab, and both DLF Promenade and Emporio Malls were about 12 minutes out. Even the cab drivers found it easy to locate — the property is shaped like an ‘L’, which makes it somewhat distinctive. The only thing that might confuse you as a first-timer is the small signage board near the entrance gate. It’s not instantly visible, so just keep your eyes open and don’t second-guess your Maps location.
Feels Like a Home, Not a Hotel
Here’s something unique: it honestly felt like someone converted a residential building into a full-fledged hotel, and did it smartly. The vibe is not typical-hotel-boxy. The cupboard size was double of what you usually get at other places in this range — enough space for someone like me who never travels light!
There was a feeling of privacy, comfort, and quiet — no noisy corridors, no awkward room placements. It’s the kind of place where you’d actually want to come back after a long day of meetings or mall hopping.
Service, Food & Cleanliness — All On Point
Now coming to the basics, because no matter how pretty a room looks, it all comes down to how the place is run. The service was prompt, the food surprisingly decent, and the cleanliness level was much better than many “luxury” places I’ve stayed in before. The staff was polite, not overbearing, and managed things quietly and efficiently — exactly what you need during a short business or leisure trip.
