3 Sisters, 2 Nights: Our Park Inn by Radisson Staycation Joy

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Park Inn by Radisson with my sisters for a much-needed staycation. In this blog, I’ll share our overall experience, hoping it helps you decide if this is the right place for your next getaway.

Warm and Welcoming Hospitality

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at Park Inn by Radisson was top-notch. The staff were incredibly attentive, responding to every query swiftly and with a smile that made us feel truly welcome. It’s the little things that matter, and their friendly demeanor was a lovely bonus that enhanced our experience. They made sure during the checkout to ask for feedback about the stay with a smile on their face.

Delicious Food with a Few Exceptions

During our stay, we indulged in a variety of dishes, from snacks and coffee to a delightful vegetarian dinner and a hearty breakfast. The food was generally excellent, living up to our expectations. However, one dish, the Cheese Baby Corn, didn’t quite hit the mark for us. It felt like it could have been better prepared. The hotel also offers a 24-hour kitchen service, though the menu becomes limited after 11 PM—a small compromise for late-night cravings.

Comfortable and Well-Designed Rooms

Our room was a perfect blend of comfort and practicality. It was spacious enough to accommodate travelers like us and featured a design that catered to our every need. The bedding, in particular, deserves a special mention—it was so comfortable that we all slept soundly without any of the body aches that sometimes accompany hotel stays. The room was well-equipped, with 24-hour hot water, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and even a dental kit. With the summer heat, we found ourselves taking multiple showers, so the extra amenities were much appreciated. The minibar offered a range of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices, which was a nice touch.

Vibrant and Inviting Interiors

The interior design of the hotel was refreshingly vibrant. Unlike many other hotels that can feel a bit dull, Park Inn by Radisson was full of color and life. One of my favorite features was a wall decorated with framed wallpaper, which gave me inspiration for my next DIY project. The seating areas were thoughtfully spaced out, ensuring privacy and a sense of calm. The lighting was just right—not too bright, but not too dim either. I also appreciated how the staff would promptly adjust the lighting around our dining area, making each meal feel cozy and special.

A Quaint but Small Swimming Pool

The hotel’s swimming pool was a bit of a mixed bag. While it was a decent 4.5 feet in depth, it wasn’t very large—big enough for about 5-6 people at a time. The pool is located on the terrace, which makes it less appealing during the hot daytime hours, but it could be a nice spot for an early morning or late afternoon dip. The terrace itself is not very spacious, but it’s perfect for some quiet “me time” in the evening if you’re lucky enough to have it to yourself, as I did.

Final Thoughts

Our stay at Park Inn by Radisson was a wonderful experience overall. From the friendly hospitality to the comfortable rooms and vibrant interiors, it was a staycation that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. While there were a few minor downsides, like the limited late-night menu and the small pool, they didn’t detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort, style, and warmth, Park Inn by Radisson is worth considering for your next getaway.
